TheVED is a bit high @ £315 a year on post may 01 S types. (The 99 3.0L was £245) The X type was only £110 when I got it in November last year, but has gone up to £195 now. Being punished for being a diesel I guess.

Notup Jaguar former reputation standard. Good acceleration on 3.0 engine. Interior lining is very cheap material, coming apart in the edges. Not good- use premium unleaded gasoline. Back seats have no leg room - this car should had been a 2 seater car. Some exterior parts are cheap plastic. Cup holder is too small.
