If i install the SSD disk, the pc stalls at startup, getting stuck on the initial screen where I can choose boot menu or to enter BIOS.

Ibought a used Acer Aspire One D257 on eBay. I just got it today. I plug the netbook into electrical outlet. I push the Power button. I immediately start tapping F2 key quickly multiple times. I cannot get into the BIOS. I see Acer logo. I then see the Microsoft Windows 10 logo. I have tried this multiple times.
